WHO ARE WE?
Back in the '80s, visionary engineer Nahed Kamel started a baking and confectionery business, producing cookies that are now loved by everyone in Egypt.
Her enthusiasm for absolute perfection was her driving force. Nahed went to Europe to study the art of making cookies. Once she returned, she opened Egypt's first cookie store under the brand name Cookie Man in Miami, Alexandria.
