Our delivery slots can fill up quickly in seasons, so it's best to book in advance to avoid disappointment, as our products take time to prepare.

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide or can be collected from one of our shops during the chosen time slot.

If you can't pick up your order on time, we'll hold it for you for 24 hours. Or, if available, we can try to deliver it to you within the next 24 hours.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we'll take the products back and retain them for 24 hours during which time you may call us at 📞16353 to either arrange for personal collection or for delivery by us within 24 hours (subject to delivery availability) upon payment of an additional delivery fee.
